Setting and storing at room temperature keeps the chocolate glossy and avoids condensation.
What you need
Ingredients
Chips and salsa
- 1 1/2 cups
- 1 scoop
- 1 cup
- Optional
You'll need: baking sheet, parchment paper, offset spatula
How to make it
Method
-

Melt the white chocolate
Chop the chocolate into small, even pieces. Microwave on low in 20-second bursts, stirring well after each, until smooth and glossy. Low and slow so it doesn't seize.
-

Mix in the matcha
Stir in the scoop of matcha latte protein until uniformly bright green with no white streaks. For more protein, add more powder slowly while stirring.
-

Spread and set
Pour onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread to your desired thickness. Let it set at room temperature 15 to 20 minutes until completely hard.
-

Make the strawberry salsa
Pat the strawberries completely dry, dice them into bite-size pieces and transfer to a serving bowl.
-

Break and serve
Break the chocolate into rustic shards and serve alongside the strawberries for scooping.
